Healthy Resolution 2011 for the Children, Youth and dewas

New Year's resolutions are usually made by adults who already have a mature mind.And not just adults, children can make new year resolutions, particularly resolution for health and fitness.
Reported by About.com, Friday (31/12/2010), here are some healthy new year resolutions for the entire family:
Resolution healthy for kidsI'll try to find a sport (like basketball or soccer) or an activity (like dancing, jumping rope or riding a bike) that I like and do it at least three times a week.I will always wear a helmet when cycling.I will drink milk and water, and limit soda and other soft drinks.I'll get enough sleep every night so I rested and ready to learn and play every day.Healthy resolutions for teensI will eat at least one serving of fruit and one vegetable every day and limit drinking soda.I'll take care of my body through physical activity and good nutrition.I will choose non-violent television shows and video games only one to two hours each day.When I feel angry or stressed, I'll rest and find a healthy way to cope with stress, such as exercising, reading, writing in a journal or discussing my problem with parents or friends.Healthy Resolutions for adultsI will make sure my child wear a helmet and other appropriate safety gear sport.I will provide a variety of healthy foods at each meal for the family.I would emphasize nutritious foods such as whole grain breads and cereals, and fruits and vegetables fresh.I'll try to find a sport or activity that I like and do it at least three times a week.Healthy resolution to the familyWe will not eat fast food or less than once per month.We'll add fresh fruit snacks in the daily routine.We will switch to wheat bread, pasta, and cereals.We will always examine food labels and avoid foods high in sugar or trans fats.We'll spend 30 minutes out to play together as often as possible.We'll find a place that provides opportunities for the whole family physically active together.
